THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU:

  • Your responsibilities will focus on shaping the strategy for HR Business Partnering in the EMEA region. For this you are working with the organization and other HR colleagues to jointly develop effective organizational structures and play a significant role in the specific design of workplaces to promote the well-being of the organization.

  • In your role as a leader, you ensure close collaboration with HR partners at global, regional and national level to create common alignment, continuous sharing of best practices and synergies. At the same time, you manage to successfully lead, motivate and develop your team.

  • Proactively you drive the regional implementation of key initiatives and align them with the broader HR strategy and business requirements.

  • With the help of continuous coaching, development measures and support of your people leaders, you foster the development of strong and future-orientated leadership capabilities. 

  • You know how important talent and performance management is. In this context, you support your people leaders with appraisals, talent reviews and succession planning. 

  • You will focus on further expanding the trusting cooperation with the works council of Merz Aesthetics GmbH. You prepare and conduct negotiations and coordination of all topics subject to co-determination with the works council.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Law or or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner function in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. First leadership experience is preferable.

  • Demonstrated experience in labor law, dealing with works councils, organizational development, change management, coaching and ability to effectively partner with all levels of the organization.

  • Professional experience in employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training and HR project management are necessary.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using it in rapid and complex changing work environments.

  • Being passionate for innovative HR solutions and process improvement and being able to interface at all levels of the organization. 

  • Fluent in English and German (written and verbal). Fluent in other foreign languages is desirable.
