Medical Marketing Assistant EMEA (f/m/d)

THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU:

  • Assist the Head of Medical and Marketing Aesthetics EMEA and related departments in overall planning and organizing, including processing of travel requests and agenda management
  • Support budget planing, track updated figures, provide regular budget overview for Medical Head and Medical Team, close collaboration with regional finance team
  • Support the regional EMEA Medical and Marketing department in assigned projects and processes as required and per priority (contracting, event management, digital communication)
  • Support the management and maintenance of the Sharepoint platform to foster exchange within the region
  • Actively support the overall well-being, team communication and on ad hoc projects within the EMEA Medical and Marketing department and beyond, e.g. by preparing/ researching presentations, emails, announcements correspondence, taking minutes, etc
  • Update existing materials to support slide decks, campaigns, events or sales activity, working closely with the relevant teams - Maintain calendars, manage issuance of purchase orders, payment of invoices and budget lists

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Academic degree in marketing, commerce or administration, or comparable professional experiences equivalence
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a international commercial management assistance role is required
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry is an advantage
  • Excellent English and German language skills (written and oral) - Additional languages are an advantage
  • Exceptional skills in communication, Organization & planning, coordination and project management 
  • Proficiency in common IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Digitally agile
