The following responsibilities are awaiting you:

In this role you are responsible for the implementation, administration, and maintenance of all RA & QA activities for the Benelux. Your major duties are:

  • Managing all activities related to applicable regulatory affairs, such as (co-)developing internal policies and procedures, providing information on national requirements and providing internal compliance training.
  • Responsible for the Quality Assurance Management system. You initiate updates of, and start-up new procedures and policies, and you ensure the administration of all medical agreements, required approvals and transparency obligations.
  • Overall responsibility for risk assessment, audit review, monitoring & managing compliance within Merz Benelux.
  • Provide advice, guidance and support to all departments with regards to compliance.
  • Maintaining data privacy regulations and act as DPO (data protection officer).

You work closely with the Responsible Person but report to the Country Manager. 

What we expect from you:

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in pharmacy. 

  • 5 years’ experience in a quality control, quality specialist, quality assurance or regulatory affairs role (preferably in pharmacy). 

  • Fluent in English and Dutch. 

  • Full-time availability (40 hours), part-time (min. 32 hours) is negotiable. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Because for this job you need to be able to travel to the office for important meetings or to give internal training, you must live within an acceptable travel distance from our office in Oosterhout (Netherlands).
