Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our Digital Innovation Hub (DIH) team. This role will lead the execution and implementation of digital transformation projects across the EMEA region, driving innovation and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring international experience, a proactive mindset, and a strong background in digital technologies — preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

•    Project execution: Manage end-to-end digital project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
•    Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders across EMEA to align project goals with business needs.
•    Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and blockers early, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
•    Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates, dashboards, and presentations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
•    Team Coordination: Foster collaboration among team members, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability.

What you bring

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications in Digital Technologies, Agile, PMP, or Scrum are highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years managing international digital projects, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
  • Fluency in English is required; other European languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments and digital trends in the pharma industry

  • Digital Technologies: Proven expertise in implementing process automation tools and other digital technologies.
  • Project Management Tools: Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira or equivalent platforms.
  • Advanced Office Skills: Advanced-level use of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Business acumen: Experience in developing business cases to justify implementations
  • Proactiveness: Ability to take initiative, anticipate challenges, and act decisively.
  • Team Building Attitude: Skilled in creating a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
  • Communication Skills: strong verbal and written communication, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments with changing priorities.
  • Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach to complex challenges.
