The following responsibilities are awaiting you:

  • You support vendor management tasks and monitor vendor lists in collaboration with Quality and Business Operations.
  • You assist in the preparation and processing of nonclinical contracts.
  • You manage orders in the Ariba system and review invoices.
  • You handle literature ordering and maintain the EndNote database.
  • You contribute to audit preparation for the Frankfurt Ax R&D site.
  • You support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • You provide administrative assistance, including travel planning, expense reporting, ordering office equipment, and organizing meetings.

What we expect from you:

  • You have completed commercial training or hold an equivalent qualification.
  • You bring at least 4 years of experience in administrative support.
  • You communicate fluently in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.
  • You demonstrate strong time management, problem-solving skills, and emotional intelligence.
  • You work collaboratively and show resiliency in a dynamic environment.
  • Ideally, you have experience in administrative support within a regulated environment such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals, along with a genuine passion for life sciences.
